2. Complete the Nomination Form: Fill out the nomination form with all required details, including:

• Nominee’s full name

• Contact information (email and phone number)

• Category of nomination (e.g., culinary arts, music, community leaders, book authors, motivational speakers, fashion, beauty, humanitarian contributions)

• A detailed description of the nominee’s achievements and contributions

• Supporting documents or links (if applicable)

3. Submit Your Entry: Once you have completed the form, review all information for accuracy and click the “Submit” button.

4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your submission.
